Der Digitale Konsument (vico GmbH)

Marc Trömel von 'vico' referiert: Die vico-Software extrahiert Inhalte aus Foren, Blogs und Portalen in vielen Sprachen, filtert Statements über Firmen und Produkten heraus, füttert das in eine Datenbank und lässt das technisch und von Fachleuten analysieren. Die Statistiken werden dann den Kunden zur Verfügung gestellt.

Diese können dann ihre Produkte anpassen und verbessern.

Hauptquelle sind Foren (z.T. mit 1 Million+ Mitgliedern in einem Forum!), Blogs sind (grob gesagt) überbewertet. Blogs spielen allerdings eine große Rolle bei der _Verbreitung_ von Nachrichten, während Foren lediglich 'intern' wirken (und eher auf Blogs verlinken als auf andere Foren).

Auch Social Networks und Youtube können analysiert werden. Youtube ist nicht GANZ so ergiebig.
