Really great lecture in a series of really great lectures.
Summary:
- go though open doors
- wow your customers (visit them at home)
- concentrate on one core feature (focus!)
- define your culture
- provide info to busy people into a vertical group
- leverage technology
One thing I cannot understand in this podcast: What exactly are the author and the title of the book she recommends at __:__? (Habs beim Wiederhören verpasst... hm...)
She worked at Intuit, Baby Center, Navigenics and now at PlayFirst.
