- some no longer file patents so they do not have to reveal the tech and have a 6 month advantage
- agriculture, kitchen tools: unchages for thousands of years
- tarffic signs are 'open'
- all TVs look alike, it is boring already
- all Golfs look alike, no extra safety for young driers, no adjustment for old drivers
- no cultural interface with people, they do not care for human interaction
- ipod existed in its modules, apple combined them

Money buys, emotion sells.

Creativity is easy, overcoming the obstacles is hard.

Servicefaehigkeit_ Prozesse anpassen_ Organisatorische Voraussetzung schaffen (in house IT steuert den Diensleister und ist nicht wie früher nur operativ.
Fazit:  ank gab mehr Aufgaben an dienstleister und konnte sich auf ihre Kernkompetenzen konzentrieren.

Einführung eine Laenderuebergreifenden Change_ und ITManagements
Aufbau mandantenfaehiger Loesungen für Länder und Vetriebspartner

Legacysysteme mit komplexen Schnittstellen 

ERMITTLUNG DER Anforderungen:
Ideensammlung_ Antrag, Auftrag gesteuert von Abklaerungsentscheidungen und Umsetzungsenscheidungen.

Mandantenfaehigkeiten in Datenhaltung,  Code und Delaymentprozessen ist im  Auge zu behalten.
(Ich hab selten Slides mit soviel Text gesehen :))

As Projekt gelang, allerdings scheiterte das Konzept die laenderuebergreifende IT zu stärken.
Ach internationale Prozessbeschribungen scheiterte an der Einführung in den Ländern.

  My comment: Well, I think we are talking 'social' here. Which mainly applies to the relationship of persons (companies cannot blog, companies cannot be 'social', only peple can blog or be social). So the questions are really: - how is sharing handled within the company? - hos is sharing handled between the company, its customers and partners? As far as sharing to the outside goes each 'communicator' would have to know where the limit is between 'saying what I see and think' and 'giving away information that is business relevant'. Only because I read your blog and bookmarks and because you read mine - we could never swap positions (although we worked like one brain at DLD ;) ). So just because you 'sahre' you are not giving away stuff. You show what you think and though that become a valuable conversation partner for others. "Valueable conversations" is what used to be called "work" in the 'old economy'.

Zum Theme:
Ich hab hier einen 22 Zoll Querformat Schirm und da dehnt sich die rechte Spalte extrem breit, d.h. der größte Teil meines Bildschirms wird durch Tagcloud und schwarz dominiert und die restlicehn 50% teilen sich die beiden anderen Spalten.

Die Typographie finde ich sehr schön die Schriftgröße rechts ist optimal, die links ist zwar klein aber durch die klare Schrifttype noch OK (gleich groß wie links wäre denke ich auch OK).

Grundsätzlich Googleanzeigen in jeden Artikel einbinden finde ich unschön. rechnet sich das wirklich?

Das Thema neuste/weiter Artikel ist kitzlig. Ich würd nur die Artikel auflisten, die nicht auf Seite 1 sind oder zumindest beide Kategorien zusammenwerfen. an sich sollte da eher sowas wie 'die beliebtesten Artikel oder die meistdiskutierten Artikel hin.

Die Suchfunktion würde ich ganz oben hin tun, ansonsten ist die Sequenz der Seitenleiste prima so.

12 Blogreaktionen und 6 in den letzen 3 Monaten sind natürlich nicht so der Hit, da hilft nur: dranbleben und großzügig rauslinken.

Ob das Blog mits einer leichten PR/GEwinnspielneigung für viele attraktiv ist, ist die Feage. Vielleicht fallen dir ja noch andere Themen ein ;)
